Leadership at Allan Myers is rooted in real experience. Since 1939, this family built heavy civil construction and materials company has been shaped by people who learned the work the same way it is done today. Many of the leaders who guide our company today came up through those same trades, plants, and projects. Their stories are defined by where they started, the paths that brought them here, and shape the way they lead today.

More than 27 percent of our employee base has worked with Allan Myers for more than 10 years. Nearly 400 of those have more than two decades of service to the organization. This is a family.
