Carol Detweiler

Carol Detweiler’s path at Allan Myers started with a summer internship in 1985, answering phones and learning the business from the ground up.

After joining full-time as an Accounting Associate, she gained experience across finance before finding her place in payroll. In 1992, she officially moved into the Payroll Department, where she would grow her career over the next three decades.

Carol took on increasing responsibility over the years, from Payroll Associate to Payroll Manager, then Director of Payroll Operations, and now Senior Director of Payroll. Each role built on the last, shaped by hands-on experience and a steady focus on getting the work right.

As the company grew, so did the scope of payroll. Under Carol’s leadership, the team evolved to support more than 2,600 employees, working closely with operations and leadership to keep the business running smoothly.

More than 40 years after she started, Carol’s path reflects her commitment to the work, her team, and the company.
