Operating according to the requirements of our PA DEP Reclamation Fill Permit, Devault Partners, L.P. is dedicated to environmental excellence and the responsible stewardship of natural resources. Material testing and approval requirements:
- Projects with more than 3,000 cubic yards from a single source: Tested per PA DEP Reclamation Fill Technical Guidance Document 563-2000-301; pre-approved by the facility and the PA DEP.
- Projects under 3,000 cubic yards: Certified by the material generator for review and approval by the site prior to acceptance.
We reserve the right to reject any material that is not found to be represented in your application and analytical information.
