Paul Ziegler
Paul Ziegler has built his Allan Myers career by embracing challenges, delivering results, and leading through action. He began as a concrete laborer and quickly earned a reputation as a hardworking, dedicated, and sharp employee with the potential to do more. After transitioning into estimating and later advancing to superintendent, Paul developed a broad understanding of the business and the people who drive its success.
Throughout his career, Paul has repeatedly stepped into new and unfamiliar roles when the company needed him most. After returning to Allan Myers more than 20 years ago, he successfully led Human Resources before taking on the responsibility of Safety. Under his leadership, the company has achieved industry-leading safety records reaching milestone safety performance goals.
Paul’s leadership was especially evident during the COVID-19 pandemic. Working alongside his team, he helped develop and implement Allan Myers’ Five Pillars program in just two weeks and ensured crews across the company had the personal protective equipment and support they needed to continue working safely. Known for his can-do attitude, relentless commitment, and focus on people, Paul has made a lasting impact on Allan Myers through every role he has held.
