Cristin Mowrer

Cristin Mowrer’s career at Allan Myers is rooted in growth, team success, and a passion for developing people. She joined the company right out of college in 2004 as a Career Track Partner, now known as a Field Engineer, and quickly learned about the industry firsthand by building a strong foundation in operations.  

Early in her career, Cristin spent years working on project teams and even stepped into the field as a laborer to better understand what it takes to build the work. Over the years, she has taken on a variety of roles across the organization, continuously stepping into new challenges and expanding her impact. She led recruiting efforts across college, trade school, and salaried positions as Director of Talent Acquisition and then as Director of Human Resources for Materials.  

Known for her competitive spirit and team-first mindset, Cristin thrives on working together to achieve results. Today, she is focused on helping others build meaningful careers by bringing in the next generation of talent and creating opportunities for people to succeed within the company.
