Advancing safety
With new planning standards, state-of-the-art equipment, and advanced technology, the company continues to enhance safety and awareness on every job. Every company-owned vehicle is equipped with the Netradyne Driver system, a 360-degree AI-powered camera that captures video and vehicle data in real time, providing insight into driver behavior and helping identify both positive and unsafe actions.
Live bottom trucks are also used to reduce exposure to overhead utilities. Unlike traditional dump trucks, these vehicles unload with a conveyor belt, eliminating the need to raise the bed and significantly lowering the risk of contacting power lines, and keeping our people safe.
At all 23 asphalt plants, the Look, Lock ‘n Load system is installed to improve loadout safety and efficiency with our materials. This AI-based technology uses real-time imaging to confirm proper truck positioning before loading begins, helping prevent unsafe loadouts, reduce spills, and improve overall operations.
