Bruce Walther has been trusted to lead some of the company’s most high-profile roadway projects for the last 30 years. He brings deep expertise in the equipment, specifications, and best practices required to build quality work, along with a strong understanding of what it takes from crews working long hours, nights, and weekends.  

Known for his steady leadership and “can do” attitude, Bruce motivates those around him to perform at a high level, whether he is leading his own job, supporting another project team, or mentoring fellow superintendents.  

Bruce is committed to safety and fostering a proactive safety culture, consistently prioritizing planning, reinforcing safe behaviors, and improving how work is performed. He is equally passionate about developing people, ensuring employees have the tools, training, and support they need to succeed, always leading by example.
