Kings Meadow

Crews are transforming a 224-acre former farm into Kings Meadow, a $50 million new residential development for Ridgewood Real Estate Partners just south of Philadelphia, PA. This site development project will change the landscape to accommodate more than 1,000 homes across multiple communities tailored by age and housing style.

Allan Myers is performing all site work and infrastructure, including 750,000 cubic yards of earthwork, 37 miles of piping and 15 miles of curb, over a five-phase schedule spanning four to seven years.
