I-95/Route 123 Interchange Improvements

The I-95/Route 123 Interchange Improvements project is a $60 million Progressive Design-Build in Prince William County, Virginia, the first Progressive Design-Build project for both Allan Myers and the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). The project will improve safety, reduce congestion, and enhance connectivity along one of the region’s busiest transportation corridors through the reconstruction of interchange ramps, roadway widening, drainage and earthwork improvements, and the replacement and widening of the I-95 southbound bridge over Occoquan Road.

By partnering with VDOT throughout the design and construction process, the team has been able to develop innovative solutions, accelerate critical work activities, and keep the project ahead of schedule.

Construction began in 2025, with completion anticipated in 2028.
