On July 14, 2026, the Women @ Allan Myers (W@AM) in Pennsylvania gathered at Topgolf for an evening of networking and professional development.
The event featured guest speakers Laurie Bryan, Construction Manager, and Sue Capps Morris, a retired senior executive from Merck and member of the Allan Myers Board of Directors. The two shared about their career journeys, leadership experiences, and advice for professional growth. Their stories sparked great conversations about navigating career opportunities and building confidence.
“Sue and Laurie shared very different career journeys and experiences, yet both arrived at incredibly similar insights on what it takes to lead as a woman,” Senior Project Engineer Emily Valleras said.
The event brought together interns, early-career employees, and seasoned professionals. The diverse mix of attendees created an opportunity for participants to learn from one another, share experiences, and expand their professional networks.
