Mike Menkins

Vice President of Asphalt Sales Mike Menkins started his career at Allan Myers in 1991, working in a loader and learning the business from the ground up.

Within a few years, he moved from plant operator to plant foreman, then plant manager. He progressed quickly through hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the work. By 2000, Mike transitioned into asphalt sales, where he continued to grow his impact across the company.

Today, as Vice President of Asphalt Sales, Mike leads one of the company’s largest business lines. Under his leadership, the asphalt team has reached major milestones, including selling more than 4 million tons in 2021.

Known for his approachable style and willingness to step in wherever needed, Mike has built a reputation for getting things done and helping others succeed. He is a strong mentor and coach, consistently supporting the development of young leaders across the company.
